Find a more systematic Solution:
Compare the Rocket Equation, solved for Mass-Ratio, mr :
mr = (Wp + Wi + WL) / ( Wi + WL) = EXP[V/g/Isp]
with the equation for Propellant Mass Fraction:
Lp = Wp / (Wp + Wi)
Clearly, this is a system of 2 independent equations in the 2 unknowns, Wp and Wi.
Which has the solution:
Wi = WL /(1-mr*(1-Lp)) *(mr-1)*(1-Lp)
Wp = WL /(1-mr*(1-Lp)) *(mr-1)*Lp
and:
GLOW = WL /(1-mr*(1-Lp)) *mr*Lp
