Note on PIC Clocks
The clock frequeny is called Fosc, it’s period (1/Fosc) is called Tosc.
Each instruction executes in 4 Tosc. This “instruction cycle clock” is called Tcyc.
Tcyc = Tosc * 4
E.g., a 4MHz clock has a Tcyc of 250ns * 4 = 1us
