PSAS Admin Issues

Here's the list of issues. Each issue is preceded by a priority in (n), where n = {1,3} and lower numbers are higher priority.

Move from svcs

(2) Maybe there's still a bunch of junk on svcs, possibly including our apache 'gallery' photographs and movies? But, http://photos.psas.pdx.edu/ actually seems to work - so is that all set? Does that live on psas or svcs? There was an old issue here that said "webdav for photos", but that might not be relevant anymore.
(3) There was an issue that said "webdav for wiki authentication eventually" which I wonder is still an issue?

(1) Install the latex plugin
(1) Turn on automatic index generation
(2) The wiki is ungodly huge, like 2 GB. Can we figure out what we should do with the huge media files that are laying around - movies, tons of pictures, etc. Should we have a git repo called "media", and everyone needs to put their pictures/movies/etc there? This related to the move from svcs, below.

(1) Move PSAS lists to their own site, away from all the other lists. You might include the GPS lists along with PSAS lists, since they are vaguely relevant? If not, that's fine.
(1) Peel off psas-admin from the scvcs admin list. They're different, and the current combined admin list gets a lot of admin messages from other mailman lists, which apparently no one attends to.
(2) The lists have been getting a lot of spam recently, which makes me need to hit the list moderator page and dump them. Is there a way to get spam filtering in place for messages which are moderated by mailman? There was an issue that said "spam filtering for admin list and info@" that probably reflected this issue.
