EAGLE CAD

CadSoft's EAGLE CAD is our curent electronic CAD system of choice. It's not OSS, which is sad, but it is fully featured and lets us get done the work we need to do. It's free for 2 layer small boards, and most importantly it's cross platform (Linux/Mac/Windows). It's the best bet out there, despite some deep UI and library handling flaws.
