Who: Paul, Nate, Glenn, Andrew
We met and briefly discussed the AvionicsToDoList. Then we ripped the 2m system out of LV1b intact, modified it by adding connectors and removing the Lv1b trappings. We then tested it with Glenn's Mocom, and before Andrew ripped the damn coax off the box, it worked from Andrew's house to Glenn's house - which is about 3/4 mi away through trees and houses. So yay, goal one almost accomplished.
To do:
- Paul is mounting the 2m system to the bottom of the recovery module with two large L brackets as soon as he can.
- Andrew and Glenn are still working on cylindrical patch antennas.
