We've been working for a long time on the new avionics system, but we haven't been really tracking our work since the majority of work has been by and on the 2006 Capstone team who have been updating the avionics nodes.
Some things of interest in tonights meeting:
- Sarah worked on eCos on the LPC2148
- Andrew and Jonathan talked GPL-GPS
- Andrew and Tim decided to rename the avionics system from 'lv2b' to 'av2b' in the sense of 'Avionics System 2 version b'. So the first one we build will be 'av2b1', the second copy will be 'av2b2', etc. This way the avionics system is now officially independent of the airframe (which is now 'LV2c' since it's the third LV2 class airframe.
- Andrew tore up the avionics team home, archiving the LV2 project and really starting the documentation on the AV2b project.
