Peripherals: On Pin Change
Some PICs have “Wake on pin change” - meaning you can put the PICs in Sleep mode and have them wake on an external stimulus (keypad press for example)
Many PICs have interrupt on change of state - useful for interfacing to external chips with a R/W or “Ready” line (FC example)
